Dawn Rowitz Dawn is originally from Miami Springs, Florida. She moved, with her family, to Pine Island three years ago. Dawn loves Pine Island and the community She is living the dream… well she is baking a dream!
Dawn has been decorating cakes and wedding cakes for over 23 years. She took cake decorating classes and work as a cake decorator for Publix for 15 years. As she trained many employees, in her expertise, she realized she needed to open her own business. The Nauti Baker came alive!!!
She has had a passion in creating unique and tasty cookies. She creates beautiful, delicious custom cakes and cupcakes too. Dawn is honored to be a part of your special event, be it a Birthday, Holiday, Anniversary or Wedding. All of her cookies are specially prepared and decorated to order.
